Warranty

A 10-year warranty is included with the Yaasa Mattress. Only the original purchaser is eligible to take advantage of the warranty. Also, the warranty may be voided if the mattress is not taken out of its box for 14 days or more after delivery.

During normal use, the warranty covers damage to the foam and coils as well as body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches. However, the warranty may be void if a person’s mattress was damaged or not kept on a solid bed frame.
